I think it's a Public domain because it's about the famous Harambe(gorilla) that died at Cincinatti Zoo. Harambe tried to protect a little kid who fell into his cage at the zoo.. But they shot Harambe to protect the little kid
I think it's a Public domain because it is in public and it was on the news. This happened by a man that was suicidal who jumped into a lion cage. A man shot the lions to protect the suicidal man.
Public because it's on the news and it's popular and people know about it. Pinky The Flamingo recently died by a guy who visited. He strangled the flamingo to it's death. All of these are sad. All of these are also Creative Commons because all of these are common because they were famous animals who died because of people.
